At Home Fitness Mini-Workout That Tones and Trims

This is a really quick workout that tones and trims your body, and
can be done in just a few minutes.  Do this a few times a day for
even better results.

This is all that you need to do:

1. Get down on all fours (hands and knees).
2. Walk your hands out away from your body
until you are in a push-up position.
3. Hold this position for a count of 10-20 (seconds).
4. Now walk your hands back in to the original position.

Repeat this several times and you will see results.

***To increase the difficulty, keep your knees off of the
ground, bending them as little or as much as necessary
to keep your balance and stability.
