Working out at home may seem like an easy, not-so-complete workout idea. Why?
The reason is that everyone (or most people) think that they need to have all of the
"Bells and Whistles" that the big gyms offer. Nothing is further from the truth.
Gyms can offer easy quick access to a bunch of machines, a lot of heavy weights,
and monthly payments, but you don't need all of that to get fit, and workout at home.
You can purchase a couple of small weights, resistance bands, or you can even find
things around your house that you can use to effectively stay fit at home.
